Others leaving or not doesnt really has anything to do with you.
But if you're considering to leave, then think... does the new job gives you a better career prospect? Is it something that you like or want to try? Does it provide you with the type of challange you would want? and most importantly, do you think you will be a happier person working at the new job? and etc...
Dont leave for the sake of leaving or becoz everyone else is doing so. LoL... and btw becareful~ your company may be monitoring your emails/blogs =P
